Golf Association Management Platform

Washington State Women's Golf Association Management Platform

A custom association website built to support communication, preserve over 100 years of organizational history, manage trustees, meetings, permissions, home competitions, scoring, results, and a version-controlled document library.

Project Overview

Built for a Long-Standing Golf Association

WSWGA needed more than a public-facing website. The organization required a digital platform that could communicate with members, preserve more than a century of history, support trustee operations, manage meetings, control user access, and organize important documents in a reliable, structured way.

Heritage Fairway developed a custom website and administrative system designed around how the association actually works, giving leadership a centralized place to manage information, records, meetings, competitions, results, and historical archives.

The Challenge

Managing communication, history, trustees, documents, meetings, scoring, and results across disconnected systems.

Association information was spread between multiple trustees, archives, emails, meeting materials, historical records, and competition files. The goal was to create one organized platform that could support both public communication and internal association management.

The Solution

  • Custom association website
  • Over 100-years of historical archive
  • Trustee and meeting management
  • RSVP system for meetings and events
  • User permission levels
  • Home competition scoring and results
  • Version-controlled document library

Association Operations

Built to Support the Work Behind the Organization

The platform gives WSWGA a structured system for member communication, internal leadership workflows, historical preservation, competition management, and long-term document control.

01

Communication & Updates

Public-facing pages provide clear information about the organization, events, competitions, leadership, and member resources.

02

Historical Archive

A dedicated archive preserves the association’s 103-year history, making records, milestones, and historical materials easier to access.

03

Meetings & Trustees

Trustee information, meetings, RSVPs, and leadership workflows are managed through structured administrative tools.

04

Scoring & Results

Home competition scoring and results management help support association competitions with organized records and reporting.
